# Webflowich

> Webflowich is the personal Webflow practice of Sergey Gavriluk, a Webflow Product Engineer, Webflow Premium Partner, and Webflow Marketplace Template Creator.

Sergey works directly with clients from planning and technical decisions through development, QA, launch, and handoff. His work focuses on Webflow websites that internal teams can update and continue using as their content and business change.

Webflowich is not a large or faceless agency. When a project requires another specialist, that person's role is defined clearly, while Sergey remains responsible for the Webflow architecture and final delivery. Design responsibility varies by project and is stated in each case study.

## Working Approach

Before development begins, Sergey reviews how the site will be updated, what belongs in the CMS, which parts should be reusable, and where custom code is justified. Technical trade-offs are explained when they affect scope, timing, or how the client will manage the website.

Clients receive direct communication about completed work, decisions still needed, the next step, and who is responsible. Ongoing support after launch is agreed as a separate scope when needed.
