Clients work with me directly from planning and development through QA and launch.

When a project needs another specialist, I define that role clearly and remain responsible for the architecture and final result.

Most of my projects involve more than building an approved design in Webflow:

a complex CMS, a migration, integrations, or custom functionality.

How I make technical decisions

Before development starts, I look at how the site will be updated,

what belongs in the CMS, which parts need to be reusable,

and where custom code is actually justified.

I make those decisions early so the site remains easy to update as the business changes.

Once the structure is clear,

I choose the tools and build approach that fit the project.

Clear communication during the project

Clients work with me directly.

They know what has been completed, what still needs a decision, and what comes next.

I keep project communication focused on:

  • work completed
  • decisions needed
  • the next step and who is responsible

I explain technical trade-offs when they affect scope, timing, or how the team will work with the site.

Otherwise, I keep the update simple.

Responsibility at launch and handoff

My responsibility includes QA, launch, and a clear handoff.

I check the site against the approved design,

test the core interactions and forms,

and hand over the CMS with the necessary documentation.

Ongoing support is agreed separately.

When the project needs it,

I define its scope and timing with the client

before the next phase begins.

Handoff and maintainability

The client team should not have to reverse-engineer the build.

I keep the CMS structure intentional and component names clear,

and document behavior that is not immediately obvious.

What I work on

  • Webflow architecture — reusable components and a clear page structure
  • CMS structure — content models, relationships, filters, and dynamic content
  • Migrations and integrations — moving existing sites and connecting third-party tools
  • Performance and technical SEO — Core Web Vitals, semantic structure, and search foundations
  • Custom functionality and motion — JavaScript, GSAP, 3D, and interaction when the project requires them

When I’m a good fit

I’m usually a good fit for B2B, SaaS, and enterprise projects that involve:

  • a complex CMS or content structure;
  • integrations, migrations, or custom functionality;
  • an internal team that will manage the site after handoff.

Start with the current site

Send the current site or Figma file and a short note about what needs to change.

I’ll review the context and tell you what information I need next.
